Refund policy

When you are not satisfied with our product, MM Prince jewellery.com allows you to cancel your order online before the product has been shipped, your entire order amount will be refunded.

You can send the reason for the cancellation and MM Prince Jewellers has to approve your request to process your cancellation. Approval will be based on valid reasons.

If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, MM Prince Jewellers glad to sort out the problem or exchange the product.

7 Days Exchange policy: If you are not satisfied with your product, we entertain exchange of ornaments purchased from us without a reduction in weight or rate only if the same is returned to from undamaged, unused and accompanied with the bill within 7 days. You can return any of our products except for products that have been customized for you.

5Days Refund Timeline : Once we receive the return product, refund will be paied to customer account in Maximum 5days
