Free shipping across India
We ship free to every pin code in India. There is no minimum order value, and no delivery charge is added at checkout. We currently ship within India only.
Delivery timelines
The times below are the maximum you should expect, counted from the moment you place your order — they include the time we take to pack and dispatch. Most orders reach customers sooner.

Order processing
Every piece is individually weighed, barcoded and checked before it leaves us. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also message us on WhatsApp at 8714145111 with your order number for an update at any time.
Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We can change an address only before dispatch — message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it after the courier's attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
Delays outside our control
The timelines above assume normal conditions. Delivery may take longer during floods, strikes, transport disruptions or in remote pin codes where courier networks are limited. If your order passes the maximum time above, contact us and we'll trace it with the courier straight away.
